7 class session - July 6th to August 17th

Regardless of your orientation and confidence level, we are all beautiful and powerful. Especially with a pair of heels on! Adult Heels is an inclusive, beginner heels class meant to empower and embolden. Over these few weeks, you will explore elements of burlesque, latin, and femme with the goal of showing yourself and the world, how fierce you are through body movement.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
As per the Alberta Health Services mandate, please note that if you are exhibiting any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or runny nose, you should refrain from coming to the studio for class. If you are exhibiting symptoms and arrive for class, our instructors or staff will be requesting that you do not stay on the premises.

*In the case that in-person classes are unable to resume due to AHS guidance, our studio will be offering online classes in lieu.
