7 class session - July 6th to August 24th
(no class on August 3rd)

Come join us for this beginner class for adults that incorporates dance genres of pop, jazz, and grooves! A high energy and fun way to stay active, this class incorporates a short fitness warm-up, followed by some dance fundamentals such as kicks, turns, and hip movements. Each class ends with learning some sassy & fun routines & choreography. This is a great class to build on your dance skills to fun contemporary music and just have a blast!

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
As per the Alberta Health Services mandate, please note that if you are exhibiting any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat or runny nose, you should refrain from coming to the studio for class. If you are exhibiting symptoms and arrive for class, our instructors or staff will be requesting that you do not stay on the premises.
