13 week session - September 13th to December 13th
(no class on October 4th)

Integrating ballroom and low-impact dance moves in a fun and supportive class for postnatal moms and babies. This is the chance to connect with your baby and other moms while wearing your lovely little one in a supportive carrier. Moms whose babies have outgrown their carriers are welcome to participate. No previous experience is necessary. Must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have approval from the doctor to partake in exercise.
