Drop-in class - January 5th

Class cost:
$15+gst if register before December 10th
$18+gst after December 10th

Expand on the basic Hip Hop moves and learn a variety of styles incorporated into a fun energetic class!

This class will be featuring influences from Hip-Hop and Jazz Funk. We will be focusing on body awareness - how we can move, groove, and isolate different parts of our bodies to different rhythms via guided drills and freestyle exercises. We will also be putting the skills that we’ve learned together into a combination of some fun and energetic beats!

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please note that if you (or your child) are exhibiting any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or runny nose, you should refrain from coming to the studio for class.
If you are exhibiting symptoms and arrive for class, our instructors or staff may be requesting that you do not stay on the premises.
