10 class session - February 7th to May 2nd

Regardless of your orientation and confidence level, we are all beautiful and powerful. Especially with a pair of heels on! Adult Heels is an inclusive, beginner Heels class meant to empower and embolden. Over these few weeks, you will explore elements of burlesque, latin, and femme with the goal of showing yourself and the world, how fierce you are through body movement.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Our studio is operating under the Restrictions Exemption Program.
All participants in Adult dance classes must provide proof of vaccination, medical exemption, or negative test result to attend.
Youth participants in group classes do not have to provide proof of vaccination but must pre-screen themselves for symptoms prior to attending class.
Any adults who wish to enter the facilities to accompany their children must provide proof of vaccination or negative test result, plus mandatory masking indoors.

As per the Alberta Health Services mandate, please note that if you (or your child) are exhibiting any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or runny nose, you should refrain from coming to the studio for class. If you are exhibiting symptoms and arrive for class, our instructors or staff will be requesting that you do not stay on the premises.

*In the case that in-person classes are unable to resume due to AHS guidance, our studio will be offering online classes in lieu.
