STUDENT DANCE WAIVER
I have read copy of Dance Concepts, LLC policies on the website www.danceconceptsnh.com and will take the responsibility to carefully follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that Dance Concepts, LLC does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with Dance Concepts LLC, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
Petite/ Mini Hip Hop- Ages 8 to 11
Ballet ages 7- 9 years old- Required for company dancers and open to recreational dancers
Contemporary for ages 13 and up
junior and senior required class for Company dancers
Required Tap/Jazz for Senior Company dancers.
Mommy and Me- 18 months - 2.5 years old
3 and 4 year olds - Tap, ballet and creative movement
Tiny Tap/Jazz recreational class. Required for company dancers open to recreational dancers 5-7
Recreational class for all dancers ages 6-8
Recreational class for all dancers ages 5-9
Tiny/Mini Tap jazz class. Required for company dancers and open to recreational dancers ages 7-9
Musical Theatre Class ages 6 and up
Tap/Jazz class mandatory for Petite company, open to all recreational dancers ages 10-12
Petite recreational lyrical class open to all dancers ages 10-12
Petite ballet. required for company dancers, open to recreational dancers age 10-12
